Log in to your financial institution’s online or mobile banking and navigate to Autodeposit, typically found in the « Interac e-Transfer » settings, add a recipient:
- Recipient (of payment): « CCPE inc.»;
- E-mail (of the recipient): « firstname.lastname@example.org »;
- Enter the security Question and Answer of your choice;
- Amount payable;
- In the section « Message or Reason for the transfer », please enter your CCPE file number or your invoice number;
- Follow the steps of your financial institution’s to finalize the transaction, until you have obtained a confirmation;
- Send the security Question and Answer by email to « email@example.com » after completing the Interac e-Transfer.
